Regular Group Classes

‘Conscious Breathing’ classes include various practices, brief lectures on how breath works and guidance on how to effectively use the body and mind in order to experience the best possible results from breathing. These classes act as the keystone for a healthy body with balanced energy and provide techniques which combine the ancient wisdom with the science of today.

Using diverse breathing elements, such as a variety of breathing rhythms, breath holds and more, we are able to release the tension from the body, relax the mind from continuous or annoying thoughts, alter our brainwave frequency so that we can access a meditative state more easily, activate our body, feel energized, deal with health issues and more.

Each breathing class is mainly conducted in sitting position. During the preparation phase we use our breath to relax and create a peaceful environment so that we can ‘listen’ to our inner silence and observe the various functionalities of the body and mind. Depending on the focus of the class we then proceed with our specialized techniques which may be done while sitting, lying down or (rarely) in the upright position.

‘Conscious Breathing’ classes are:

  • Necessary for every living human being!

  • Ideal for those who want to learn how to breathe in a healthy way, for those who want to use breath as a healing tool (to deal with stress, continuously repeated thoughts, panic attacks, asthma, insomnia, cardiovascular or pulmonary issues, hypertension, diabetes, lack of focus, dyslexia, etc). They are a great preparation for “The Power of Breath” classes.

Regular Group classes last 60-75’ and are held:

  • In Person (at a specific location indoors or outdoors)

  • Online (live via zoom)

Price for Group lessons:

  • 1 Single lesson: 25€ (In-person) / 20€ (Online)

  • 2 lessons/month: 40€ (In-person) / 35€ (Online)

  • 4 lessons/month: 60€ (In-person) / 50€ (Online)

  • 8 lessons/month: 110€ (In-person) / 95€ (Online)

Private Group Classes (3-20 people)

The private group classes are conducted in a similar way to the regular group classes, but they are specifically tailored to the needs of the group members.

They are ideal for those who want to experience the benefits of ‘Conscious Breathing’ (see above) with their friends and prefer privacy.

Private Group classes last 60-75’ and are held:

  • In Person (at a specific location indoors or outdoors)

  • Online (live via zoom)

Semi-Private Sessions (2 people)

Semi-private sessions are ideal for couples or for 2 close friends.

These sessions are similar to Personal Training Sessions (see below) and they are designed in such a way that the participants can gradually start applying the exercises by themselves, alone or together (by guiding each other in balance), without the presence of the instructor.

Semi-private sessions last 60-90’ and are held:

  • In Person (either at the client’s or instructor’s place)

  • Online (live via zoom)

Price for a Semi-private session per person:

  • For 1 hour (60’): 35€ (In-person) / 30€ (Online)

  • For 1,5 hour (90’): 50€ (In-person) / 45€ (Online)

  • The 1st session lasts 1:30’ - 1:45’ and it costs 35€ per person. It includes training guidance and the principles of healthy breathing both as a learning skill and in practice.

  • There are discounted prices for prepaid packages of at least 4 sessions.

Personal Training or Private Sessions (One to One)

Personal training or Private sessions are the best fit for those who look for personalized breathing exercises which are tailored to their specific needs and goals and prefer privacy and deeper focus.

They can either be focused on the functions in the body which are associated with breathing (as a learning skill), or can be done in a more therapeutic way focusing on the improvement of health and wellbeing (as a healing process). Most of the sessions combine both.

The techniques are focused on the relaxation, energizing, releasing negative emotions, dealing with stress, panic attacks, asthma, insomnia, etc. and can be safely practiced at home, work, etc. Depending on the level of the individual, the sessions can include more in-depth breathing exercises.

With these sessions the individual receives the necessary knowledge, the practical training and experience in order to embody the principles of healthy breathing into everyday life.

They are also helpful for those who want to start group classes.

  • Online (live via zoom)

Price for a Personal Training session:

  • For 1 hour (60’): 60€ (In-person) / 55€ (Online)

  • For 1,5 hour (90’): 80€ (In-person) / 75€ (Online)

  • The 1st session lasts 1:30’ - 1:45’ and it costs 60€. It includes training guidance and the principles of the method both as a learning skill and in practice.

  • There are discounted prices for prepaid packages of at least 4 sessions.
