Breathing Awakening is a synthesis of breathing practices based on Shamanism and Pranayama, which combines the sacred wisdom of ancient times with the science of today. It aims to help us discover the power of the breath as the key tool to unfold the potential of what we truly are. Through a sequence of breathing techniques, we learn to use the full capacity of our lungs, prolong our breath and increase our breath hold in order to awaken the intelligence in our body, raise our vibrational energy, and direct this healing power throughout the body to parts that are diseased, dormant or inactive. This process of awakening and free flow of energy allows for core physical and emotional healing, increased vitality and wellbeing, and can ultimately lead to states of pure ecstasy!
